Prices
We have several pre set packages ranging in price from $1250-$3500. In the past year or two we have had several requests from brides for...."some of this"....."and a bit of that."
SO, we are trying something new!
Flexible packages.....
The way it works is.....YOU go to a page with a checklist on it. Check off all items you wish to have for your wedding coverage. Send it to us and we will give you a "Package" price with ONLY the products and services YOU want. So, click on the link below and let us know exactly what you want. If you have questions about any item...please let us know. We will be adding more detail in the next few weeks. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to be part of your wedding celebration.
General Wedding Information
We offer ONLY top of the line Art Leather and Renaissance albums. Other studios will try to "sell you up" to this quality for $300 or more. Ask around...the quality is unquestionably the best.
ALL wedding prints will now be sprayed with the same protective lacquer as our full service portrait line. This new service will add years to the life of your displayed photos—–it offers protection from fading of ultraviolet rays, moisture damage and finger prints.
OUTDOOR OR THIRD LOCATION We offer this at no extra charge in our DELUXE, COMPLETE and our newest package, The BRIDE's CHOICE It may be added to the BASIC package. All we ask is that you allow plenty of time for the photography and limit it to the bridal couple. These are more ‘moody’ or ‘ romantic’ locations and poses, so please, plan on the extra time, you’ll be glad you did.
WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE RECEPTION We believe that advertising wedding prices that do not include the reception is misleading. Our prices include up to three hours at the reception, more than enough time to get the photography you want.
DEPOSITS
We do not ‘pencil’ anyone in. If you know
that you want us to photograph your wedding you will need to place a non-refundable
deposit of $500 to reserve your date.
PAYMENTS
The balance of your contract, less deposit, is
divided into monthly payments between $300 and $350. Your contract must be paid in full
one month prior to your
wedding.
PROOF PICKUP
Your proof album should be ready to pick-up within two
weeks.
FINISHED ALBUM ORDER
Your enlargement album will be ready in 6-8 weeks,
depending on time of year. Orders placed between September 15 to Christmas will take the
longest amount of time. All Christmas orders MUST be placed
before the Thanksgiving holiday.
GIFT PRINTS
Please order as many gift prints as you will need at
the time of your initial order. All prints ordered at the same time will have the best
color match. Prints ordered at other times may have slightly different color.
DELIVERY TIMES
Proof album 2-3 weeks. Finished wedding album 6-8
weeks. Reorders 3-4 weeks.
REORDERS
There is a $15 reorder fee that will be
waived for the first year with a $100 minimum order.
PROBLEMS
We try as hard as we can to avoid errors, but they
happen. We ask that you bring them to our attention within two weeks of
delivery. We will do
whatever we can to correct the problem in as short a time as possible.
The Wedding Day
ARRIVAL TIMES The photographer will be at the church a minimum of one hour before the ceremony.
PRE-CEREMONY The Groom and Groomsmen should be ready one hour or more before the ceremony. They must be finished with pictures first so they can seat the guests. The parents of the Groom will be included in these photos too. The Bride, her parents and attendants must be ready at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.
CEREMONY We will be photographing the couples as they walk down the aisle. The bride on her father’s arm will be the last flash photo before the ceremony. We will be in the balcony or rear of the church during the ceremony taking pictures without flash, we do not want to disturb the ceremony.
FORMALS The formals will take from 45-60 minutes after we get everyone back into the church. The Bride & Groom will go first, then grandparents and parents. The next groups will be brothers and sisters, and any god-parents or special guests. The last group to be photographed will be the wedding party.
WEDDING PARTY Please let the wedding party know that they are included in your day to do whatever they can to make your day perfect. It is not just another party for them, it is one of the most important days in your life, and their help is very important.
RECEPTION Only about 20% of the photos will be taken at the reception, but they are still very important. The toast, cake cutting and dancing are all a part of our coverage. The garter and bouquet toss must take place within 30 minutes of the first dance. They are the last photos to be taken, now you and the wedding party can relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.
WEDDING ONLY 5x5 ALBUM There are a limited number of dates available for our special wedding only option. You will receive an album with 50-75 4x5 originals. These are limited dates so please call the studio to ask about yours.
