Studio 7 General Information

Meet Tiphanie...

a graduate of S.V.S.U who helps us part time with anything and everything we may need. She has been around the studio for many years and can handle most situations that arise. She is a very valuable part of our team, and a pleasure to be around, as you will find out when you meet her.

LOCATION
We are located at 317 Center Avenue, just West of the corner of Center Avenue & Adams. One block East of Washington. For a map to our location click here.

We will be closed all national Holidays, the week between Christmas and New Year's and the week of the 4th of July for family vacations.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. Personal checks will be accepted in most situations, however we reserve the right to require cash payments for some final deliveries of our products & services. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee and given 5 business days to correct the problem. All checks not covered within 5 days, including the $25.00 fee, will be turned over to the prosecuting attorney's office for legal action.

APPOINTMENTS
Pease call to make an appointment whenever you plan to come into the studio to insure undivided attention and better service. Portrait consultations should be scheduled one week prior to your sitting. The consultation is free of charge. Please notify us in advance if there are any changes. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow enough time to do any paperwork needed and still have enough time to check your hair & makeup before your sitting time.

THE FINE PRINT
Sitting fees cover the time and materials used and are not refundable.

Portrait sittings require the subject to contribute a positive attitude and willingness to follow the photographer's suggestions. We strongly suggest a pre-portrait consultation one week prior to the scheduled appointment.

We do not photograph pets in the studio. Any portrait sitting including pets will either be an outside location or in the owner's home.

No part of any order will be delivered without the entire order being paid in full.

All orders must be paid in full and picked up within 14 days of notification. Any order not paid in full within 14 days of notification will be charged a $1.00 per day fee, payable before any part of the order can be picked up. We are not responsible for any orders left for more than 30 days.

Any Special offer or package must be ordered within 2 weeks of proof pickup. This includes Children's monthly specials and any free or discount offers. If not, it will be treated as a regular price list sitting.

PROOFS---There will be a deposit required to remove the proofs from the studio. To get your deposit back you MUST return all of the proofs WITHIN 2 WEEKS. If proofs are not returned within 2 weeks you will loose your deposit.
